BILL HASLAM IS WRONG, A FEDERAL JUDGE CAN NOT OVERTURN THE STATE'S LAWS AGAINST GAY MARRIAGE. FEDERAL JUDGES DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO OVERTURN THE FEDERAL SUPREME COURT RULING GIVING THE STATES THE LEGAL RIGHT TO "DEFINE" MARRIAGE:

Bill Haslam is wrong in thinking that a federal judge can overturn the state's laws, the Federal Supreme Court ruled it is left up to the states to determine the definition of marriage in their state, a federal judge does NOT have the power to overturn a Federal Supreme Court ruling.  The state attorney generals' offices would strike down the federal judge's attempt at this, as it is not the legal.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION ON RAPE CASES STORY:
This is already the law, it is in Victims Rights Legislation, federal law, a disclosure law there in. 

It is also in the Americans With Disabilities Act, disclosure laws, where medical care, rape tests, or mental health evaluations, can not be disclosed to law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, juries, nor attorneys, so neither side can discredit the victim, especially if the victim develops mental issues from the assault, post traumatic stress, etc.

The real issue here is not the American Medical Association stating no gay gene, and identifying it now as a "mental illness," nor the Christians belief that it is having been given over to a reprobate mind, as stated in Romans chapter 1. This issue resides around the legal rights of Christians to adhere to their "core values," as upheld by the Federal Supreme Court, giving them their legal rights to quote their beliefs without censorship, and without being discriminated against for adhering to their this faith. The "hate speech," laws were overturned by the Federal Supreme Court as unconstitutional religious censorship, as the state has to stay out of the church and it's doctrines, and can not bring in religious censorship. This being the law now, and the Federal Supreme Court upholding Christians legal rights to 'debate the issue,' as well as their NOT finding a "freedom from religion," gives Duck Dynasty the legal right of free religious speech without their employers discriminating. The issue is the legality, and that Duck Dynasty has the legal right to "debate the issue," and "adhere to their religious core values," by Federal Supreme Court ruling.
