COURT PRECEDENT WAS THAT CHRISTIANS CAN NOT BE FORCED TO RECEIVE A "MARK" OR CHIP IMPLANT:  There was a court hearing when Christian agents filed suit against the BATF for trying to force officers to receive an RFID chip implant, and the court sided with the Christian officers due to it violating "core values" of their religious faith.  Christians are not to "mark up their body," nor receive a mark/ implant.  The court precedent was already set, in that this violates separation of church and state, and Christians "core values." as upheld by the court. Some states such as Georgia and Alabama introduced legislation to ensure that they can not force an RFID, nor any other form, of implant, but the court precedent has been set as well!

This issue resides around the legal rights of Christians to adhere to their "core values," as upheld by the Federal Supreme Court, giving them their legal rights to quote their beliefs without censorship, and without being discriminated against for adhering to their this faith. The "hate speech," laws were overturned by the Federal Supreme Court as unconstitutional religious censorship, as the state has to stay out of the church and it's doctrines, and can not bring in religious censorship. This being the law now, and the Federal Supreme Court upholding Christians legal rights to 'debate the issue,' as well as their NOT finding a "freedom from religion," gives Duck Dynasty the legal right of free religious speech without their employers discriminating. The issue is the legality, and that Duck Dynasty has the legal right to "debate the issue," and "adhere to their religious core values," by Federal Supreme Court ruling.

It violates Christian civil rights to force 'gender blending,' as the Bible says to "keep a difference between the sexes," so this for Christian soldiers violates their Christian civil rights. As far as my personal opinion, I think that it is wrong to think a woman has to wear some non feminine hat in order to appear equally professional. I was a hairdresser for many years, while working my way through college, and the one hair cut I hated to give women was a "professional" man's haircut. In order to appear "professional" they were told that they needed to wear a man's hair cut, and add on a man's blazer. This came a sexist mentality that women must appear to be like a man in order to be educated, professional, capable, smart, intelligent, or good-at-business. Why is the stereotype of a feminine woman with long flowing hair in a flowered dress not professional? Stereotypes are wrong.
