FEDERAL SUPREME COURT UPHELD CHRISTIANS LEGAL RIGHTS TO "DEBATE THE ISSUE," WHEN OVERTURNING THE HATE SPEECH LAWS, AND ALSO SUPPORTING THEIR LEGAL RIGHT TO ADHERE TO "CORE VALUES.' AS WELL THE FEDERAL SUPREME COURT  DID NOT FIND A FREEDOM FROM RELIGION

The real issue here is not the American Medical Association stating no gay gene, and identifying it now as a "mental illness," nor the Christians belief that it is having been given over to a reprobate mind, as stated in Romans chapter 1. This issue resides around the legal rights of Christians to adhere to their "core values," as upheld by the Federal Supreme Court, giving them their legal rights to quote their beliefs without censorship, and without being discriminated against for adhering to their this faith. The "hate speech," laws were overturned by the Federal Supreme Court as unconstitutional religious censorship, as the state has to stay out of the church and it's doctrines, and can not bring in religious censorship. This being the law now, and the Federal Supreme Court upholding Christians legal rights to 'debate the issue,' as well as their NOT finding a "freedom from religion," gives Duck Dynasty the legal right of free religious speech without their employers discriminating. The issue is the legality, and that Duck Dynasty has the legal right to "debate the issue," and "adhere to their religious core values," by Federal Supreme Court ruling.
