LEGISLATION IN RAPE CASES UNNECESSARY, THIS IS ALREADY THE LAW, IN VICTIM'S RIGHTS LEGISLATION, DISCLOSURE LAWS. I KNOW THIS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WROTE VICTIM'S RIGHTS LEGISLATION.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION ON RAPE CASES STORY:
This is already the law, it is in Victims Rights Legislation, federal law, a disclosure law there in. 

It is also in the Americans With Disabilities Act, disclosure laws, where medical care, rape tests, or mental health evaluations, can not be disclosed to law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, juries, nor attorneys, so neither side can discredit the victim, especially if the victim develops mental issues from the assault, post traumatic stress, etc.
