JOINING UNIONS SHOULD NOT BE A FORCED. IT SHOULD ONLY BE VOLUNTARY, AND IF ONE DECIDES TO NOT JOIN THE UNION, AND TO WORK UNDER THE SAME AGREEMENT THAT THEY WERE HIRED ON AT WITHOUT PROTEST, THEN SO BE IT. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO SO WITOUT HARASSMENT FROM UNION MEMBERS. ALL STATES SHOULD BE A 'RIGHT TO WORK,' STATE. IF THEY DO NOT LIKE THE JOB, WORKING CONDITIONS, OR WAGES, THEY CAN QUIT THE JOB AND GO TO WORK ELSEWHERE, THE WAY OUR SYSTEM IS DESIGNED.
