HOMOSEXUALS CAN NOT SUE THE CHURCH FOR REFUSING TO PERFORM GAY WEDDINGS, FEDERAL SUPREME COURT "CORE VALUES," RULINGS, AND THE NEW LEGISIATION PASSED PREVENTING CHURCH'S FROM BEING SUED FOR DISCRIMINATION PASSED ON A FEDERAL LEVEL: There ...were laws passed recently stopping churches from being sued for discrimination, due to it violating the sep of church and state. The church does not have to change their "core values," according to the Federal Supreme Court, and upon this ruling legislation passed on a federal level to prevent churches from being sued for discrimination. Keep writing your legislators to ensure that more bills are passed protecting the church from sep of church and state violations, which keeps the state out of the church, the church's doctrines, the church's inner functions, and all that pertain to religious groups.

Adding to my last remarks, might I add that homosexuality is NOT a federally protected class, which is the requirements for discrimination lawsuits. They did not achieve this protected class status as they were not "born gay," according the the American Medical Association. This is also why the Federal Supreme Court did not hear Prop 8, dropping it down to the highest state court level, which leaves it up to the states to decide their definition of marriage. The American Medical Association has stated clearly, there is no proof that they are born gay. No gay genes were ever found, no "clump" of gay genes were found, no epi genetic markers cutting on gay genes were ever found, and therefore they are not a protected class, and their ability to "marry," is not protected by federal laws.
