Wouldn't that be an attempt by the real killer to frame him? No one would do that... That sounds like a frame up deal. Either an over eager prosecutor, crooked cops adding in false information into the case for an easier conviction (which has become a norm with officers coming in taking the person accused's computer, then claiming they were doing searches on the internet on how to kill someone, ect. lies to get a conviction), or that the actual killer themself knew the man well enough to get onto his Facebook page (or his access password was easy enough to figure out quickly, or had a program that runs options until it gets the password), and then they framed him to look like he had done it. Bet it is a frame up deal! Usually it is crooked cops doing this kind of thing before the trial for extra assurance of a conviction.
