THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT WAS PASSED DUE TO HARASSMENT OF THE DISABLED. IT IS SO VAST THAT DISABILITIES ARE MOCKED, THOSE WITH THEM HUMILIATED AND MADE THE OUTCAST, THAT FEDERAL LAWS ON DISCLOSURE, AND AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT WITH
PROTECTED CLASS STATUS," WAS GIVEN TO ENSURE THE END OF THEIR ILL TREATMENT. TO THIS DAY, WE HAVE THOSE UNETHICAL "RED NECK" TYPES SUCH AS BILL MAYER THAT ATTACK THE DISABLED, EVEN DISABLED DEFENSELESS CHILDREN, AS HE DID MOCKING THE PALIN FAMILY AND THEIR DISABLED CHILD. IT IS A SLUR TO BE CALLED "NUTS," "MENTALLY ILL," "R" WORD, AND IT IS IT PLAIN TO SEE THAT THIS IS DERIVED FROM THE DISRESPECT THEY GIVE THE DISABLED. HOW WOULD THEY FEEL IF THEY WERE MADE A SLUR.

Obama, and Democratic Party, had the NSA and IRS, and now telling how many other offices, of whom admitted it was the truth under oath, hired to stalk with wire taps all the Republicans, religious rights, Tea Party, Trying to use any "information" they could against them, you know the abuse of a public office, religious discrimination, political and religious harassment he the IRS is being sued by 42 groups over. --- DISCLOSURE LAWS ARE FOR CROOKS LIKE THE DEMOCRATS IN OFFICE 

During questioning, the IRS states after admitting to reading the public's emails without a warrant, that they thought that that the public should not expect a right of privacy. They were so ingrained to dismiss the fourth amendment rights of Christians and Republicans, that they walked over their civil rights with a simple minded thought that they should not have "expected" the "right of privacy." THOSE CRAZY CHRISTIANS AND REPUBLICANS EXPECTED THE IRS AND NSA TO ADHERE TO THE CONSTITUTION, OMG, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING [SARCASM INTENDED]!

As NewsBusters has been reporting, CBS News has been one of the press outlets totally willing to expose the disaster that is the ObamaCare rollout.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, VICTIMS RIGHTS LEGISLATION, AND DISCLOSURE LAWS ARE DAILY BROKEN BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE MEDIA ACROSS THE STATE OF TN, AND THE U.S. WHEN STORIES LIKE THIS ARE TOLD BY MEDIA AND THE COMMUNITY, EVENTUALLY IT WILL LEAK OUT OF WHOM THE VICTIM IS, RUINING THEIR LIVES! I AM POSTING THIS FOR PUBLIC AWARENESS, AND A "WHAT NOT TO DO!"

I hope they do not disclose the victim's name, in keeping with victim's rights legislation. I also hope these disclosures about her diagnosis of a lower than normal IQ, and mental age level are not told to the community, to further ruin her life. The American's With Disabilities Act had a disclosure clause, making this information illegal to give to media, or the public, or to law enforcement, or anyone else. It is a right to privacy act for the disabled, which is a protected class. The ill treatment in TN of rape victims, and the disabled, alike is still rampant, as these laws are daily violated. They still blame the victim in the rape cases, asking why they committed certain acts that they feel caused it, as if it is the victim's own fault in that they must have been "asking for it." The disabled in TN are shunned, mocked, humiliated, and the disability itself is used as a slur. Shame on the media and law enforcement making this case public, as it will leak out who the victim is, further victimizing her! My family has been through something similar, and we know what the disclosure laws were written into being to prevent, as we have been victims of these acts ourselves! TN is still plain RED NECK!

A Tennessee pastor has been charged with the rape of an 18 year-old mentally disabled woman.

A psychologist's investigation found the girl to have an IQ of 69 and an age equivalent of no more than 10 years old.
