MANY MENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS SUFFERED MISTREATMENT FROM THOSE FEARING THEM, DUE TO DEMOCRATS VIOLATING AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, COERCION, AND HATE CRIMES STIGMATIZING THE DISABLED AND CAUSING MANY TO FEAR THEM.

WHILE MY FOCUS OF ACTIVISM IS NOT NECESSARILY THAT OF GUN RIGHTS, I WILL ADD TO THIS THAT THE DEMOCRAT'S FEAR MONGERING AGAINST THE DISABLED IN ORDER TO PUSH GUN LEGISLATION THROUGH WAS ABHORRENT TO SAY THE LEAST! THEY PRACTICED COERCION, STIRRING UP FEAR AGAINST THE PROTECTED CLASS OF DISABILITY, IN ORDER TO PASS THEIR LEGISLATION! THEY VIOLATED HATE CRIMES LEGISLATION, AND THIRD DEGREE FELONY COUNTS IN THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, AND PRACTICED COERCION AGAINST THE DISABLED BY STIRRING UP THE PUBLIC WITH FEAR MONGERING, CAUSING THE MASSES TO FEAR THE DISABLED.

I WISH THEY HAD BEEN EXPOSED, RATHER THAN THE MEDIA PUSHING THEIR ILLEGAL AGENDA VIOLATING THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF THE DISABLED, AND STIRRING UP FEAR OF THE DISABLED BY DEMOCRATS JUST WANTING GUN CONTROL- NOT CARING WHO'S BACKS THEY TROD DOWN IN THE PROCESS OF PASSING THE GUN LEGISLATION. Yesterday the civil rights violations with informants was those having violated my Christian civil rights at Kangaroo Market S Rutherford Blvd, mocking my religious beliefs when at the register, saying "Jeeeesus," and then falsely accusing me in a mocking way of a mental illness that I do not have, these two hate crimes and civil rights violations, were brought into the Publix on S Rutherford with the gay activist informants that told me that "hated Christians in politics," and began harassing me, spreading lies about me, flattening my tires, spray painting my vehicles, heckling my home for being Christian as if I were some televangelist type, to come in and circle me int he store.
Today, the informants brings up FALSE accusations of paranoia and feelings of being "raped," due to "drugs," against me! 12/15/2013

FEDERAL LAW STATES THAT THEY CAN NOT VIOLATE THE DISABLED'S "PROTECTED CLASS STATUS." DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION SUITS LAND VICTIMS OF THIS CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS MEGA MILLIONS IN PUNITIVE! The disabled have "protected class status," under federal law, and no business can discriminate against them! This case is a definite discriminatory case, where civil rights are being violated, and the disabled made a spectacle of, their disability the factor in refusing service, all while they are humiliated. The disabled are still by far the most discriminated against protected class in our nation! While it is usually the mentally disabled that have their right violated, the physically disabled surely have a long way to go just to achieve the freedom that comes with being treated with the same respect as every other citizen in our nation. I support the legislation of the Americans With Disabilities Act, making it federal law, to protect the disabled from discrimination, or harassment.

I hope they do not disclose the victim's name, in keeping with victim's rights legislation. I also hope these disclosures about her diagnosis of a lower than normal IQ, and mental age level are not told to the community, to further ruin her life. The American's With Disabilities Act had a disclosure clause, making this information illegal to give to media, or the public, or to law enforcement, or anyone else. It is a right to privacy act for the disabled, which is a protected class. The ill treatment in TN of rape victims, and the disabled, alike is still rampant, as these laws are daily violated. They still blame the victim in the rape cases, asking why they committed certain acts that they feel caused it, as if it is the victim's own fault in that they must have been "asking for it." The disabled in TN are shunned, mocked, humiliated, and the disability itself is used as a slur. Shame on the media and law enforcement making this case public, as it will leak out who the victim is, further victimizing her! My family has been through something similar, and we know what the disclosure laws were written into being to prevent, as we have been victims of these acts ourselves! TN is still plain RED NECK!
