The ACLJ just had a similar case, and won! Jay Sekulow, Christian civil rights attorney took a case like this to court, concerning Bibles taken to school by students, and the Christians won the case. The 1964 Civil Rights Act makes it clear that Christians are not to be discriminated against, a protected class under religion, and do not lose their civil rights while on government lands.
