I was just saying today to someone that mentioned the large soda ban in NY,  that I would have sued over said issue, as all citizens I am fed up with the Marxism of "collective good," mentality, where some government entity tells me what they are going to allow us to have, and not us choose for ourselves, and that it is for the "collective good," supporting Karl Marx. Karl Marx is not our founding father, Thomas Jefferson was, and Jefferson supported the rights of the individual to choose for themselves on these victimless crimes, those acts that only affect the person committing the act. It is  Thomas Jefferson's rights of the individual as opposed to this  Marxist big government big brother "collective good," having government tell us how we are going to live with no legal rights to choose for ourselves. The Republican party was founded on a Jeffersonian Republic, not Marxism, and Obama and the Democrats, now quoting Karl Marx's book "Das Kapitial," "redistribution of the wealth," and other aspects of Marx's book, shows they need voted out. Tell Obama it is not his choice if we choose low watt light bulbs, as he intended to enforce that is the only choice we have, by law, and other of these issues where they want to take our legal rights away from us with this Marxism collective good mentality.

You did not know the new one-liner liberal Democrat "progressives," have been spreading across the universities and schools is "the constitution is an out dated document," this lie is spread to propagandize the youth into thinking we need hate speech laws brought back to censor the Christian Bible, and Christians, on the homosexual issues. The Federal Supreme Court over turned the hate speech laws and Bible censorship of Romans chap 1 that Obama-Pelosi bill contained in the Phelp's hearings, due to it violating Christian freedom of speech, sep of church and state in keeping the state out of the church and their doctrines, it being political and religious censorship, and they upheld our "legal right to debate the issues," citing our constitution. This made our constitution a target for the Democrat propaganda. The old one-liner lies from Democrats that were spread across campus' just were not de Christianizing the population as they had hoped, since having students brainwashed with the lie "they are born gay," did not work, and our course there being no gay gene, no clump of gay genes, and no epi genetic markers to cut on a gay gene, coupled with the American Medical Association's stating there is no proof that they are born gay, all there as the real truth lying just beneath the surface. The one-liner propaganda tool Democrats used on generation x, that "communism in it's true-est form is good," has some what of an affect, in that now our president is directly quoting Karl Marx's, "Das Kapital," yet still elected. Karl Marx is not our founding father, and he ideals were totally in opposition to our constitution, which is NOT an "out dated document." Hopefully in the next upcoming elections the US public will send a message to the Democrats that their new one-liner lie that our constitution is an "out dated document," is not socially engineering us, nor is it politically re educating us, and that we the public are not so un intelligable that we would fall for this lie! Our constitution stands!
