******It will require a warrant, as many will immediately file suit and win, as citizens will be able to get that on video for court to prove the police harassment! The moment they pull those out it will be in the courts! Imagine that type of ease dropping, that is wire tapping and video taping people without a warrant. Our communist type government can not be trusted with any technology, as they turn to use it on their own people! Our government acts like those of low brow communist countries, and this is just more proof! *******
