I was just saying today to someone that mentioned the large soda ban in NY,  that I would have sued over said issue, as all citizens I am fed up with the Marxism of "collective good," mentality, where some government entity tells me what they are going to allow us to have, and not us choose for ourselves, and that it is for the "collective good," supporting Karl Marx. Karl Marx is not our founding father, Thomas Jefferson was, and Jefferson supported the rights of the individual to choose for themselves on these victimless crimes, those acts that only affect the person committing the act. It is  Thomas Jefferson's rights of the individual as opposed to this  Marxist big government big brother "collective good," having government tell us how we are going to live with no legal rights to choose for ourselves. The Republican party was founded on a Jeffersonian Republic, not Marxism, and Obama and the Democrats, now quoting Karl Marx's book "Das Kapitial," "redistribution of the wealth," and other aspects of Marx's book, shows they need voted out. Tell Obama it is not his choice if we choose low watt light bulbs, as he intended to enforce that is the only choice we have, by law, and other of these issues where they want to take our legal rights away from us with this Marxism collective good mentality.
