I AM THE MOST SHOCKED THAT THE OFFICER'S ATTORNEY SAYS THAT HE FEELS AFTER VIEWING ALL THE FOOTAGE, THAT IT WILL PROVE SHE RESISTED THE OFFICER, AND THEREFORE THIS ACT OF VIOLENCE WOULD THEN BE JUSTIFIABLE. NO ONE IS ARGUING SHE MAY HAVE DARED RESIST HIM BARKING HATEFUL ORDERS, THEY ARE STATING THAT HIS VIOLENT REACTION TO HER NOT BOWING A KNEE TO HIS AUTHORITY, IS ABUSE OF A PUBLIC OFFICE, ASSAULT, AND SEVERAL FELONIOUS ACTS. IT IS HOW HE RESPONDS TO HER REFUSING TO BE BULLIED BY HIM, SO THE BULLYING BY THE OFFICER BECOMES VIOLENT. EVEN IF IT WAS A MAN, IT WOULD STILL BE A CRIMINAL ACT, YET IT SEEMS THAT MUCH MORE VICIOUS IN THAT IT IS A SMALL FRAMED WOMAN HE BULLIED AND ASSAULTED. HAVING TO HAVE A METAL PLATE PUT IN HER FACE, DUE TO THE OFFICERS ACTIONS. I AM GLAD TO SEE THE STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE SAW THAT THIS EXCESSIVE FORCE, AND VIOLENCE IS DESERVING OF CRIMINAL CHARGES. I HAVE SEEN MANY MEN CHARGED FOR THE SAME THING WHEN IT IS THEIR WIVES THEY ASSAULT, OR THEIR CHILDREN. OFFICERS SHOULD BE HELD TO A HIGHER STANDARD THAN THE AVERAGE CITIZENS, THEY ARE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT! AT NO TIME SHOULD ANYONE FEEL THEY NEED TO SAY THAT OFFICER ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW, AND THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED WHEN THEY BREAK THE LAW AS WELL, ***IT SHOULD BE SAID THAT IF OFFICERS BREAK THE LAWS, SINCE THEY ARE HELD TO A HIGHER COMMUNITY STANDARD THAN THAT OTHER CITIZENS, THAT THEY WOULD SUFFER THE MAXIMUM PENALTIES, AND BE CHARGED STRAIGHT AWAY.***
