TAKE THE RECORDINGS TO THE MEDICAL REVIEW BOARD, AS I STATED IN THE LAST COMMENT, THIS VIOLATES THE CURRENT FEDERAL LAWS, AND THE FEDERAL SUPREME COURT RULINGS.
The use of office workers as informants, or to surveillance,
and medical records if indeed a "conflict of interest,"
DISCLOSURE LAWS, AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, HIPAA , FEDERAL LAWS PREVENTING THIS TYPE OF ACCESS TO OUR MEDICAL RECORDS:
Allowing access to medical records breaks disclosure laws in the Americans With Disabilities Act, and that definitely includes disclosing information to law enforcement.
This is not just disclosures on personal data such as diagnosis, medications, symptoms,
but also appointment times, etc.
These are felony counts!
I saw how my civil rights were violated with ALL my medical doctors, and how I will have to deposition them for court.
The bar association has already been notified, the Board Of Professional Responsibility.
This is going to bring mass lawsuits, as this is already illegal by federal law, upheld in the court precedents.
We have uneducated law makers, and uneducated law enforcement, that still believes that our civil rights are no longer in existence, which will cost them in punitive damages.
