Late yesterday afternoon, ACLJ filed a lawsuit on behalf of Brandon Jenkins against officials of The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) in Maryland for denying Brandon admission to its Radiation Therapy Program in part due to his expression of religious beliefs.

EU AND UN CENSORSHIP LAWS: THEY HAVE NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF THE PRESS, FREEDOM OF RELIGION, SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE, NOR JURY BY ONE'S PEERS, NO COURT OF APPEALS, NO MEDIA ALLOWED INTO THEIR COURTS AND ALL MEDIA CENSORED BY THE STATE:

Glad the U.S. Federal Supreme upheld our "legal rights to debate the issue," when overturning the hate speech laws, as it ensured our legal right to debate Islam. We have no religious censorship like EU and UN! They have no first amendment rights of freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, in the UN, nor EU... The European nations never adopted our separation of church state, keeping the state out of the church, and the church out of the state, hence the anti blasphemy laws in UN and EU, where if they speak against Islam, Muhammad, or the Koran, they can be imprisoned, and possibly executed. Having a World Council Of Churches would violate our sep of church and state as well, and now it is mostly Islam, like the rest of the UN, you can be sure that they will regret not following our lead in keeping a sep of church and state. Sadly, most of the EU nations, and the UN, have no jury by one's peers, no media allowed into their courts, no appellate courts to appeal wrongful decisions, and they hold the hearings on Christians that speak against Islam, or are accused of hate speech, their Bible censorship laws censoring Bible scriptures on homosexuality. The global court never releases information on their rulings, nor sentencing, and again it is not a jury by one's peers. The UN's version of a constitution is very vague, leaving everything arbitrary to the moment, and can change on a whim. The public will never know the wrong's the UN commits as they answer to no one, and since the media is not allowed in, and what media is contacted is state operated, and owned, media that only puts out what they are ordered to, it is a propaganda outlet, much like the BBC. State ran propaganda, with no opposing viewpoints allowed. Glad to be in the U.S., and to still have our constitution!

Democrats refusal to repeal the mafia inspired racist NAFTA written by Hillary Clinton, allowing our businesses to go Mexico getting around wage laws, labor laws, environmental laws, and exploit the Mexican minority workers, then the Clintons did so on an international level taking their globalism nightmare to the UN in the GATT treaty creating the World Trade Org, so the mafia in the UN and US could send their big corporations to third world countries and exploit the works, pillage the land, and send products back to US and charge full price, ram rodding our economy stealing our jobs! 

Oust the mafia Democrats, cut back on their abuse of a public office using law enforcement to take down their opposition such as what we saw in Obama Gate where Democrats were caught stalking down Christians, tea party, religious right Republicans, using NSA and IRS, and hold every officer guilty from every government office by arresting them, and forcing punitive damages to be paid, while repealing NAFTA and GATT, and kick these Democrats out of government jobs, and arrest them. 

UNTIL THIS HAPPENS AMERICA WILL LIVE ON BORROWED MONEY, AND WILL GO TOTALLY BELLY UP. THEY WILL QUIT THE BIG GOVERNMENT AND SPENDING, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, PROBABLY THE LATER...
