As I mentioned in the videos I posted, the control and manipulation, through spiritual means, what they are TRYING to do. No one is saying that they succeed in said activity, it is that they are using spells to TRY to control people and circumstances to do their will, not knowing what the outcome will be, since they are not all knowing, every where all the time.
My example is that of casting a spell to get an apartment, which if it really worked, could cause someone to be thrown out of their apartment, or cause them to get into an apartment next to a rapist or killer, and since they forced their will to happen, as opposed to praying as Jesus said in the Lord's prayer, "Father Thy will be done," because only He know the best for everyone involved, which might be not to move into said apartment, being some issues here. The control and manipulation involved in Wicca, by spiritual means, that they are trying to do so, whether real or not, whether they are able to do these acts or not, they are still sinning in trying to do so... and why is it sin...
THE DELIVERANCE ASPECT:
"Only a deserved curse will rest," Proverbs.
Much of what people suffer they attribute to witchcraft is adequately explained by other circumstances. Curses can rest on people, as the scripture I just stated says.
As I said in some of my videos,
we are tied by the chords of our own sin, and where the hedge is broken the serpent will bite, Ecclesiastes,
as in the story of Job, where the demon goes up before the throne room and demands God remove that "hedge" about Job, so he can tempt and attack him, and God allows the test to take place. This kind of ongoing "open door," as Pentecostals refer to it,
[good video by Perry Stone free on YouTube entitled "Open Doors" to the enemy], is ongoing sin allowing Satan an in route into their lives, where the hedge is broken [through un-repented for sin] the serpent will bite,
where Satan gets a "legal" right to them. Good books on deliverance such as "The Bondage Breaker," also teach this teaching,
Pentecostal, Church Of God, Church Of God Of Prophecy, Vineyard Churches, Assemblies Of God, Four Square, Church Of God In Christ, doctrine, a 101 in deliverance class, for anyone interested. Jack Hayford's "The Cleansing Stream" is a good group teaching this doctrine of deliverance.
